Job summary

Manpower Driving & Logistics is recruiting a Class 1 ADR Driver (C+E) for night trunking in Bury St Edmunds on behalf of a national client. The role involves refuelling at refinery sites and transporting hazardous goods with strict safety standards.

Shifts run Tue/Sat or Thu/Mon with night bonuses (£20 per shift) and a performance bonus up to £1000 every 6 months. 42.5 hours/week, with enhanced overtime rates after a threshold. Immediate or October start possible.

Qualifications

• 2 years' HGV driving experience
• Up to 6 penalty points

• Trunking or fuel delivery experience advantageous but not essential

Manpower Driving & Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced

Class 1 ADR Drivers based at

Saxham, Bury St Edmunds.

The Role

As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Refuelling at refinery sites
• Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety

3:00pm and 5:00pm

Available Shift Patterns

Tuesday - Saturday

Thursday - Monday

£19.55 per hour

£29.33 per hour after

42.5 hours per week and for

all weekend shifts

28 days paid holiday per year

• Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support
• Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer

Immediate or October start dates are available.

This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Valid

Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Current

2 years' HGV driving experience
