A major insurance company is seeking a Claims Visualisation Analyst to transform structured data into actionable insights through dashboards. Responsibilities include developing accurate dashboards in Power BI, writing data transformation scripts, and working closely with Claims Modelling Analysts. The ideal candidate is skilled in PowerBI and Python, has strong analytical abilities, and can clearly communicate findings. We’re looking for a Claims Visualisation Analyst to join us! Reporting into the Data Modelling Lead, you’ll specialise in transforming structured data into compelling, actionable insights through dashboards and visual storytelling related to key claims metrics and reporting. You’ll build intuitive, well-designed dashboards that meet stakeholder needs whilst embedding best practices in design, DAX optimisation and user adoption. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
