2026 Claims Operations & Transformation - Graduate Programme
Location: Bexhill
We’re a digital insurance provider with ambitious plans to become the best and biggest in the UK market. Over the past few years we have made huge investments in our data and tech capabilities and nurtured our 4Cs culture. We pride ourselves on the journey we are on and know that our continued success relies on the contribution of our talented colleagues.
This two‑year programme is designed to attract our future leaders. You will gain diverse experience across our Claims and Counter Fraud departments and, in key rotations, support our commercial and operational teams in change and transformation initiatives that position us as a market‑leading digital insurer with best‑in‑class claims management.
Throughout the programme you will rotate through several different placements, gaining practical experience in refining processes and driving change that benefits both customers and the business. You’ll also be exposed to work within a complex supplier matrix and develop a broad understanding of how your role supports the wider business strategy.
There will be a mandatory rotation in Customer Operations. This experience will give you valuable insight into how we support customers who need to claim against their policy – an essential perspective for any future leader.
In Customer Operations you will develop a strong foundation in empathy, problem‑solving and communication, vital skills for understanding the challenges customers face during distressing and difficult times.
Your leaders will collaborate with you to choose the teams that best align with your development and career goals. You will always have an active voice in shaping your own progression and career path.
Throughout your placements, you’ll be supported by team and programme leaders who will provide leadership development and business‑acumen coaching. You will also participate in formal training designed to increase your understanding of the company, industry and regulatory requirements.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship for our graduate programmes. You must be able to prove you have the right to work in the UK for the full two‑year duration of the programme.
We embrace the use of AI as a powerful tool to support our data‑driven ambitions and enhance the way we work. The use of AI tools to help prepare your CV and cover letter is permitted, but all work during the assessment process must be completed independently, without AI assistance.
