A financial service provider in the UK is looking for a Claims Specialist Manager to lead the customer claims journey, ensuring accurate assessments of claims. The Claims Specialist Manager role reports to the Head of Underwriting and Claims Operations and is responsible for the customer claims journey from start to finish through the accurate and timely assessment of key protection claims and the provision of support through our HALO Claims service.
Managing a team of assessors, whom we call Claims Specialists, you’ll ensure your team works within the technical governance framework set out, providing feedback on performance, and supporting their training and development. You’ll also help promote the wider growth of Guardian through the sharing of the customer claims experience.
