A leading insurance company in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join as Claims Handlers. You will support customers with their home and motor insurance claims, providing guidance throughout the process from the first notification of loss to resolution. Salary: Starting from £25,000 (entry level) - £26,000 (depending on experience) + annual bonus
Team: Claims Customer Services
Start date: Monday 19th January 2026
Location: Newcastle - Longbenton Office
Shift: Mon-Fri 08:00 -20:00, with 2 in 8 weekend shift rotation.
Training: Monday to Friday 09:00 -17:00 in the Office.
Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with hybrid working available upon achieving competence (typically after probation is passed)
