Allianz is seeking a proactive Claims Handler for a hybrid role based in Bournemouth with a requirement to attend the office at least 2 days per month. The salary is Circa £27,007.50 per year and the role blends home and office work after training.
You will handle ITPs, repairs, hire vehicles, and customer issues, delivering strong service, empathy, and accurate case handling while aligning with FCA guidelines.

You will proactively meet the needs of Innocent Third Parties (ITPs) by offering our services and dealing directly with their vehicle repairs and hire. You will exhibit the Allianz brand values and behaviours when dealing with all parties and to manage any complaints in line with the FCA guidelines, ensuring the customer journey is at the forefront of our minds whilst remaining commercially aware.
This is a hybrid role located in our Bournemouth office with expectation of attending the office a minimum of 2 days per month. Please note that you may be required to attend more often when needed.
Helping you achieve a good work-life balance is important to us and you will have the flexibility to work both at home and in the office, once you are trained. For the training period you would be required to work mostly in the office, so you would need to be fully flexible for the first 6 weeks.
Circa £27,007.50 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location.
