Job Description

I’m partnered with a market-leading, international Lloyd’s broker who are looking to expand their team with an experienced Claims Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business in the London Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims through to conclusion, liaising effectively with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and other relevant parties.
• Provide expert advice on policy cover and ensure all necessary documentation and information is collected to progress claims efficiently.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve the most beneficial and cost-effective settlements for clients.
• Work with insurers to ensure reserves are realistic and appropriate.
• Ensure all claims are accurately registered and updated in internal systems.

What you’ll need

• Experience handling Construction claims within the London Market; candidates from a Commercial Property background will also be considered.
• Excellent working knowledge of London Market systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
