A top insurance broker and risk advisor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Claims Executive / Claims Manager to lead claims projects and enhance client relationships. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three office days per week in Manchester, Birmingham, or London, coupled with client visits. The successful candidate will possess significant Motor and Liability Claims experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to foster excellent relationships within and outside the company. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Consulting practice within Marsh Advisory.
This role can be based in our Manchester, Birmingham or London office and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Some additional business travel will be required.
Claims Executive / Claims Manager
This is a project role focused on the delivery of claims projects targeting a reduced cost of claim for Marsh clients. Your work will support prevention of incidents, better defence of claims, manage claims more effectively, manage claim vendors and TPAs, and help develop and train client personnel. The work will also network with internal customers and promote our proposition to the wider Marsh business to help achieve business growth.
Primarily the work centres around motor and liability claims for UK‑based clients. The successful candidate will need to build and maintain an excellent rapport with both our clients and colleagues across Marsh. We already have an excellent collaborative team culture with experienced consultants assisting others with knowledge and project work and we promote cross‑functional working enabling excellent development and ongoing career opportunities.
This role could suit a client‑facing claims professional such as a Claims Executive or Manager looking for a unique new role or possibly even a Transport / Fleet Manager from the client side with knowledge of claims and the associated risks that could be utilised for this role.
