A leading insurance provider in the UK is looking for a Claims Assessor to help customers through their health claims journey. This role involves answering inbound calls and providing support to ensure claims are processed smoothly. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards clients. The position offers a starting salary of £25,100 to £28,500, with additional benefits including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
Starting salary between £25,100 – £28,500 (depending on hours, location, skills and experience).
Standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working) after the initial 18 week training period.
You can also increase working hours to 40 hours per week with an enhanced salary of up to £31,200 after the initial 18 week training period.
Flexible shift pattern between Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:30, and 1 Saturday shift every 6 weeks: 09:00 – 13:00.
