A leading healthcare provider in Westminster is seeking a Claims and Inquests Paralegal Apprentice to support the Clinical Legal Services team. You will manage administrative tasks related to clinical negligence and inquests, with duties including cross-covering for managers. Ideal candidates should be mindful of eligibility criteria, including no enrollment in other education forms. The Trust’s Clinical Legal Services team is within the Trust’s Quality & Assurance Directorate and is led by the Head of Clinical Legal Services. The team provides the following core services:
The Claims and Inquests Paralegal Apprentice will undertake, under supervision, the day‑to‑day administrative tasks required to support the Clinical Legal Services Team, focusing particularly on claims and inquests services. The post-holder will be expected to cross‑cover for the Claims and Inquests Managers and for the other Paralegal Apprentice when necessary to support team resilience.
