About the Role

The role involves providing exceptional administrative support to the team, delivering high levels of service to clients & partners while assisting with growth and development targets in support of the business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Achieving individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
  • Providing administrative and phone support across claims
  • Completing daily inbox checks, archiving and updating client files accordingly
  • Providing a proactive and responsive claims service
  • Adhering to all company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements
