Qualifications

  • Experience in pet insurance, travel, motor, or personal accident claims is desirable.
  • Professional claims experience with strong customer service understanding.
  • Experience in a high-volume, results-focused customer service environment.
  • Experience operating in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and gather evidence to assess claims and determine liability.
  • Negotiate settlements while empathizing with claimants.
  • Make recommendations to insurers and liaise with all parties.
  • Adhere to SLAs and support data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
