A leading insurance firm in Greater London is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Claims department. The role involves delivering excellent service, managing claims, and owning client relationships. Ideal candidates should have experience in handling Marine, Aviation, Fine Art, and Specie claims in the Lloyd’s market, alongside strong communication skills. We have the opportunity for a Claims Adjuster to join our Claims department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Head of Marine & Aviation, you will support the Marine & Aviation team in further developing the company’s market leading Marine and Aviation claims offering, in order to contribute to the attraction and retention of profitable business.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience handling Marine, Aviation, Fine Art and Specie claims in the Lloyd’s market and will have a good working knowledge of ECF. It is essential that you are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and have knowledge of the London market. We are looking for a strong communicator who is a team player that is keen to learn and progress.
