Job summary

Keyman is seeking an experienced Cladder to install Rainscreen cladding Omega and Z Framing System, plus Rivet Fix Equitone Boards on commercial and residential buildings. The role requires reading drawings, using hand and power tools, and maintaining safety on site.

Candidates must have proven cladding installation experience, knowledge of cladding materials, and a valid CSCS Card. The position involves working with other trades to ensure timely completion while providing regular updates to

Qualifications

• Experienced Cladder with installation of Rainscreen cladding Omega and Z Framing System and Rivet Fix Equitone Boards.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• CSCS Card required for site work.
• Capable of using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut cladding to fit the building perimeter.
• Install cladding on exterior surfaces using Omega and Z Framing System.
• Attach Rivet Fix Equitone Boards as specified.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades for on-time project delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on all projects.
• Provide progress updates to project managers and clients.

Job description

Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Cladder. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of Rainscreen cladding Omega and Z Framing System, as well as Rivet Fix Equitone Boards on various commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut cladding material to fit the building
• Install cladding material onto the exterior of buildings, including Rainscreen cladding Omega and Z Framing System, as well as Rivet Fix Equitone Boards
• Use hand and power tools to install cladding material
• Work with other tradespeople to ensure the smooth completion of projects
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on all projects
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Cladder, with specific experience in the installation of Rainscreen cladding Omega and Z Framing System, and Rivet Fix Equitone Boards
• Knowledge of various cladding materials and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid CSCS Card
