A leading healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a CKD Nurse Specialist to join their multi-professional team caring for children with chronic kidney disease stages 3-5. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, training children and families, and coordinating follow-up care through various methods. The ideal candidate should have experience in paediatric nephrology and be prepared to work in a children's haemodialysis unit.

  • Coordinate supplies and medication.
  • Respond to family advice calls, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns.
  • Work regular shifts in the children's haemodialysis unit.

Salary

Salary is quoted on a pro rata basis for part‑time workers.
