Job description
Discharge Co‑ordinator – Band 6, Full time, Permanent

We are looking for a hardworking, organised team‑player with a current NMC PIN to take on the role of Discharge Co‑ordinator within the System Flow team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for improving patient flow and supporting safe, timely discharges.

The role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive a high standard of care during the discharge process. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with recent acute experience and an interest in service development to help shape and enhance this vital area.

This post is Monday‑Friday, between 0800‑2000hrs, with future plans to extend to weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
