A regional health service provider is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to coordinate flow within the Emergency Department. The role requires experience in an acute hospital setting and exceptional IT and communication skills. Successful candidates must be able to work quickly in a demanding environment and will enjoy the flexibility of both full-time and part-time positions, with 12-hour shifts across a 7-day service.
Band 3 – various hours – Permanent – Site and Capacity, ARI
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker, flow coordinator position within the Site and Capacity team. The post holder will be an integral part of the Site and Capacity team, taking clear direction from the senior nurse and working within the Emergency Department to support direct patient flow across the ARI site.
This post involves 12‑hour shift work with day/night rotation across a 7‑day service. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.
