The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing teams, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and plant
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Monitor progress and report to project management
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Maintain site records and daily reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civils Site Supervisor or Foreman
• Strong background in civil engineering or groundworks
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• CSCS card (Supervisor or equivalent)
• First Aid certificate (preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
