The Civils Site Supervisor at Lanes Group will oversee civil engineering and drainage construction on site, coordinating between operations, clients, subcontractors and management to deliver safety‑driven, on‑time, quality work. Based in Glasgow, the role runs Monday to Friday (47.5 hours) with a company vehicle for business use and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Salary up to £16.50 per hour, depending on experience.

The Civils Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil engineering and drainage construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards. The role acts as the link between operational teams, clients, subcontractors, and management, ensuring work is completed in line with company procedures, health & safety regulations, and client specifications.
