Duration: 6-8 Months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 6pm

Rotation: Occasional weekend work may be required

Overview

Corrie Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager / Supervisor to join an existing project team on a contract in the North East of Scotland.

This position would suit someone with a strong civil engineering background, particularly in reinforced concrete structures, and experience working within Oil & Gas site environments would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site operations, labour, and subcontractors
• Oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete works
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality) standards
• Review drawings, monitor progress and report regularly to senior management
• Liaise with clients and representatives to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Maintain accurate site records and manage daily reporting

Requirements

• Proven management experience on civil engineering projects
• Strong background in reinforced concrete
• Previous experience within Oil & Gas or industrial environments preferred
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS, and First Aid certification
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an established site team
