About The Role

Based from either our depot in Hillington or Livingston, you will lead a skilled team of operatives undertaking civil engineering tasks, primarily drainage works, but including all works required of our client contracts. You will ensure all jobs are completed competently and safely, maintaining professional standards and client confidence.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Adhere to company policies
• Report all site-related incidents
• Identify and resolve problems proactively
• Produce high-quality results, reports, and feedback
• Establish good communication and resolve issues early
• Work flexible hours, including early starts, weekends, and out-of-hours work across the UK

About You
