Job summary

Ipsum is looking for a Civils Drainage Operative to join our skilled team based at Hillington or Livingston. You will undertake drainage-related civil works, perform tasks competently and safely, maintain high quality, and build strong client relationships through professional on-site delivery.

You will need a full UK driving licence, NRSWA and CSCS. We offer 28 days’ leave, pension, mental health support, progression with professional qualifications, and excellent career development in a 24/7

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environment.

• Be flexible to 24/7 operations and out-of-hours work across the UK.

About The Role…

Based from either our depot in Hillington or Livingston, you will be part of a skilled team of operatives undertaking all civil engineering tasks primarily associated with drainage works but including all works required of our client contracts. You will be responsible for undertaking all jobs competently and safely in a professional manner ensuring safe working practices whilst instilling client confidence in our company’s abilities

As a Civils Drainage Operative you will…

• Ensure compliance with respect to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
• Ensure Company policies are always adhered to
• Ensure all site related incidents are reported
• Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they
• Responsible for producing high quality results, reports, and feedback
• Establish good relationships and communication and resolve issues with early resolution of any potential problems
• You need to be flexible too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours working across the UK

About You…

We are looking for individuals who are self motivated and keen to be a part of a team! You will need to have a full UK driving licence, NRSWA & CSCS. You will be safety focused and produce high quality results!
