A multinational engineering company in Leiston is seeking a Civil Works Programme Scheduler. The candidate should have experience in construction and managing schedules for major projects. Responsibilities include liaising with the supply chain and reporting on schedule progress. A degree in a related field and knowledge of project management are essential. This role offers a salary of £34,121 per year with flexible working options.
We are recruiting for a Civil Works Programme Scheduler, you'll experience of working in a construction environment and have experience of working on an integrated schedule and have basic understanding of how integrated Project Controls management information is achieved. You will be proactive and collaborative, while also inquisitive and willing to challenge outputs provided by those within the team and the supply chain you interact with. In this role you will also participate in workshops, and where relevant lead on lead on schedule topics. You will need to collaborate with the project teams to develop schedules from first principles and / or summarise supply chain schedules, identify key interfaces, drive efficiencies, opportunities and mitigations. The role would suit someone who has experience on a major projects working within highly regulated environments with experience managing national contractors on muti million-pound packages of work.
