Job summary

Murphy, a leading international engineering and construction company, is seeking a Groundwork Supervisor to oversee groundworks on our projects in Peterborough. You'll lead teams, coordinate site activities and ensure works are delivered on time and to safety standards.

The role rewards hands-on leadership, offers a 39-hour week with overtime after 39 hours, a healthcare cash plan, generous holiday allowance, training and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS
• Previous experience supervising Civil Groundworks projects
• In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques
• Experience in energy sector would be an advantage
• Strong communicator
• Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team
• Flexibility to travel and stay away from home
• UK driving licence
