Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for a major brownfield industrial redevelopment in Port Talbot. You will oversee earthworks and environmental works, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely and on schedule.

The role requires strong civil engineering expertise, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record in supervising earthworks. The project runs for two years and offers long-term stability on a significant redevelopment scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil/site teams on earthworks projects.
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification and First Aid.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site activities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the site team to deliver works safely and to programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain progress.
• Manage site health and safety and enforce project rules.
• Coordinate all earthworks and associated environmental works.
• Maintain site administration and daily records for reporting.
• Liaise with project management and subcontractors to align on goals.
• Monitor progress and ensure works stay on programme.
• Ensure works meet required quality and specifications.
• Identify and resolve issues arising on site promptly.
