Job summary

A National Civil Engineering contractor is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join their team in Scotland-wide projects, primarily in Renewable Energy. The role involves delivering setting-out works on civil contracts with some remote-site assignments and accommodation provided.

You will ensure safety, quality and programme targets, manage sub-contractors, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Engineer on civil projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Familiar with modern setting-out equipment and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver setting out works on ongoing contracts and monitor targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and programme.
• Maintain client relationships to avoid disputes and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to adhere to HSE and QA standards.
• Carry out safety-related tasks and communicate with staff regularly.
