Job summary

Kier is seeking an Agent for the Roads and Networks team based in Bridgwater, Somerset at the Hinkley Point C site. You will help ensure technical compliance, support quality delivery, and contribute to project success by collaborating with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or construction-related field.
• Working towards chartered status with ICE or CIOB.
• Knowledge of engineering management systems and quality processes in civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating a team of Sub Agents and Engineers to deliver works in line with design specifications and project timescales
• Supporting the implementation of Health and Safety policies and quality assurance processes
• Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes to effectively plan and monitor site activities
• Managing project costs through effective resource planning and material procurement
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
