Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple civil or infrastructure projects (£50k–£500k).
• Knowledge of contract and tender processes, ideally including NEC, JCT, or FIDIC.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Full Clean UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles from bid submission to delivery.
• Manage budgets ensuring cost efficiency and accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate materials and resources across multiple projects.
• Oversee on-site execution ensuring compliance with standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and risks.
