  • Participate in training and improvement initiatives.

Skills

Job description

We are looking for Civil Production Operatives to join one of our clients based in Ballymena Co. Antrim on a temp to perm basis. This is a hands‑on role where you'll gain real experience, develop new skills, and make a tangible contribution to exciting construction projects. No two days are the same – you'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Working Hours (12‑Hour Shifts)
  • Pattern 1: Mon‑Thurs 6am‑6pm, Thurs‑Sat 6am‑6pm (Saturday 6am‑5pm)
  • Pattern 2: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat 6am‑6pm (Saturday 6am‑5pm), Tues‑Thurs 6am‑6pm
  • Shift Allowance: 10% on weekdays & 50% Saturdays
Job Role
  • Preparing moulds, pouring concrete, and producing high‑quality products.
  • Following all Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards.
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised.
  • Working flexibly across the Production department as needed.
  • Recording your work accurately, including daily timesheets.
  • Communicating with your Team Leader on production progress.
  • Taking part in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills / Requirement
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or similar.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to work hard.
Nice‑to‑Have (Training Provided)
  • Experience on civil engineering or construction projects.
  • Ability to read technical or construction drawings.
  • Experience with hand, air, or power tools.
  • Counterbalance forklift or overhead crane license.
  • First Aid, CSR, or Fire Warden training.
