Civils Operative

Salary: up to £35,000 per year with potential overtime of up to £10,000 additional. Full‑time, permanent contract with working days Monday to Friday.

Location: Gravesend/Kent & surrounding areas.

Working hours: 5 am – 4 pm, 45‑hour week. Overtime, night shifts and stay‑away rotations (a week of nights or a week away every 4/5 weeks) are part of the role.

The main purpose of this role is to support the business and carry out works for the client’s customers. Attega Group is partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a Civils Operative to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manhole cover reinstatements
• Channel drainage replacement
