JOB REF: 2159

  • We are seeking a Solicitor to join this expanding Civil Litigation team.

  • You will manage your own caseload of civil liberties claims from inception to conclusion, including matters such as unlawful arrest and false imprisonment, human rights breaches, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in public office and judicial review proceedings.
  • The role involves predominantly multi-track litigation and exposure to civil jury trials, making it ideal for solicitors seeking hands‑on advocacy‑focused experience in complex claims.
  • The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience managing your own Part 7 litigation caseload.
  • Whilst a track record handling a similar caseload of files, Personal Injury Solicitors with over 2 years’ PQE will be considered for an opportunity to retrain.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate excellent client care and quality control skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of the CPR and pre‑action disclosure procedures.
