Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation procedure.
• Experience in professional negligence, contract disputes, property ownership and/or fiduciary disputes.
• Confident, client-focused and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from initial instruction to conclusion.
• Negotiate settlements and manage ADR processes.
• Attend hearings, trials, and case management conferences.
• Liaise with clients, experts, courts, and solicitors professionally.
• Support partners on complex or high-value cases.
