A growing law firm in Manchester is looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to manage contentious landlord and tenant matters. We are working with a growing law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor, with a skill-set in contentious landlord and tenant matters to join their team. Whilst being a Civil Litigation Solicitor in this busy team, you'll benefit from zero chargeable hours and the ability to work remotely. You'll be focused on dealing with claims that have a focus on contentious landlord and tenant matters.
As the Civil Litigation Solicitor in this team, you'll play a key role in managing a range of contentious landlord and tenant cases. You will work closely with the clients, providing expert advice and support in all aspects of this work, including possession proceedings and eviction notices, while being fully integrated with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with the ability to make strategic decisions when it comes to litigation and the litigious process. You'll need full experience of the Civil Procedure Rules and the court process. You'll also be able to manage a busy caseload and be part of a thriving team.
