Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor

Location: Enfield

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE (reviewed after 3 months and annually thereafter)

Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based (no hybrid working)

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly recommended law firm in Enfield who are looking for an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied Civil Litigation caseload including:
    • Contractual disputes
    • Negligence claims
    • Debt recovery actions
    • Commercial disputes
    • Building disputes
    • Misrepresentation claims
    • Inheritance Act claims
    • Contested probate matters
  • Deliver high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach
  • Work efficiently and professionally from instruction through to resolution

  • Up to 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in Civil Litigation
  • Strong understanding of the legal issues across the above areas
