Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Estimator to join a Civil Engineering and Construction contractor in Derbyshire. You will manage full tendering from enquiry to submission, producing first-principles estimates for labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.

The role covers projects from £500k to £10m across energy, industrial and commercial sectors. A degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and NEC3/JCT/CESMM knowledge are required.

Competenze

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering and/or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience in civil/construction estimating.
• Experience with first-principles estimating.

Mansioni

• Preparing and submitting detailed tenders and estimates.
• Producing costed project budgets.
• Analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Reviewing tender documentation and requirements.
• Conducting site visits and liaising with clients.
