Civil Engineer (Water Treatment)

In this hands‑on design role, you'll lead the delivery of non‑infrastructure water sector projects across the UK. You'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the civil design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, from concept through to detailed design. You'll produce technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings to industry standards, and undertake calculations and analysis using appropriate design software and tools.

In this role you'll collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.

The Role

• Lead and oversee the civil design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, from concept through to detailed design.
• Produce technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings to industry standards.
• Undertake calculations and analysis using appropriate design software and tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing and development of best practices across the process engineering team.

The Person

• Experience in wastewater treatment.
• BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Commutable to Kings Cross (2 days per week).
