TipTopJob is seeking a Civil Engineer in Glasgow to support the design and delivery of water and wastewater projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical civil infrastructure solutions and build technical and project experience.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with CAD/software experience, knowledge of UK health and safety standards, and a track toward ICE/CIWEM/IoW Chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• CAD and relevant engineering software experience.
• Civil engineering design experience, ideally in water or wastewater.
• Understanding of water infrastructure and hydraulic principles.
• Knowledge of CDM and UK health and safety requirements.
• Chartered status or desire to work towards ICE, CIWEM or IoW Chartership.

Are you a Civil Engineer looking to develop your career within the water sector? This Glasgow role offers exposure to water and wastewater infrastructure projects, multidisciplinary design and a growing consultancy where progression can happen without disappearing into a large corporate structure.

The Opportunity

A growing engineering consultancy is looking for a Civil Engineer to support the design and delivery of water and wastewater projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will work alongside other engineering disciplines, developing practical civil infrastructure solutions while building your technical and project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support civil design across water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Develop designs and technical information using CAD and relevant engineering software
• Work with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
