AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Belfast team, focusing on highways and drainage within a busy multi-disciplinary environment.

You will lead designs, coordinate surveys, liaise with regulators, and support bids while developing through varied infrastructure projects across the UK & Ireland. AECOM offers a hybrid working model and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (BEng) and/or Master’s degree (MEng).
• Experience delivering highways and drainage design for infrastructure schemes.
• Proficient in InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with developer clients/contractors; track record of delivering infra projects.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS welcomed; interest in AI solutions.

Grow here.AECOM is seeking to recruit an Civil Engineerwith a highways and drainage focus to join our busyBelfast Team.The team delivers a wide range of multidisciplinary, predominantly residential-led infrastructure projects.

Our work spans early scoping and feasibility, technical support for planning, detailed infrastructure design for implementation, and ongoing support during construction.In addition, the team supports AECOM design teams across the UK and Ireland on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, including highways, rail, water infrastructure, and solar farms.

QualificationsReady to push the limits of what’s possible?Requirements:Civil Engineering degree (BEng) and/or Master’s degree (MEng).Relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, delivering highways and drainage design for residential, commercial, and wider infrastructure schemes.Proficient in industry-standard software, including InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.Experience working with developer clients and contractors, with a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects.Familiarity with ArcGIS is welcomed but not essential, along with an interest in integrated AI solutions.
