Overview

Civil Engineer – Leamington Spa – £32,000 - £40,000

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid design experience to take the next step in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You'll play a key role in delivering a range of development infrastructure projects, working on drainage, highways, and flood risk design from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) designs
  • Providing pre-planning advice and supporting early-stage project planning
  • Designing highways and drainage infrastructure, including S38, S278 and S104 agreements
  • Applying knowledge of building regulations, external works, and ground level design
  • Producing detailed drawings and reports using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D
About You
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience within a UK design consultancy
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
