Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a Civil Engineer for a leading civil contractor to work on public realm, road maintenance and infrastructure projects around Belfast. The role focuses on setting out, surveying and delivery on site.

You will contribute to planning, supervise site teams, liaise with clients and engineers, and maintain quality records while ensuring works meet programme targets. A strong Roads/Public Realm background is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience in a civil engineering environment.
• Experience with road construction, road maintenance or public realm schemes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

INFORM3 are recruiting for a leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team, working on a range of public realm, road maintenance and infrastructure schemes across the Belfast and surrounding area.

You will be involved in the delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on roads and public realm projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career while working on established projects across the Belfast area.

Civil Engineer Requirements

• Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience in a civil engineering environment.
• Previous experience working on road construction, road maintenance or public realm schemes.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methods and site operations.
• Experience with setting out, levels and surveying equipment.
