What you need to succeed:

• A high level of experience in managing and designing a variety of projects.
• Experience in Microdrainage, AutoCAD, Civil3D, PDS, Info drainage, Site 3D and SUDS.
• Experience of preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
• Experience in Highways and Road design.
• Excellent people skills and experience of building effective relationships with clients.
• Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent creativity, vision and problem-solving skills.
