A parking services provider in England seeks a Civil Enforcement Officer to monitor parking regulations. The role involves issuing penalty charge notices and reporting parking violations. Ideal candidates will have previous enforcement experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. This position offers £21.14 per hour and includes uniform provision, except for shoes.

This role will pay £21.14 an hour via umbrella.
Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) patrol the streets. Their primary role is to encourage considerate parking by taking appropriate action against illegally parked vehicles so that other drivers can go about their daily business with minimum disruption. They work together with CCTV cameras to issue tickets (Officially known as "penalty charge notices" or "PCNs") to vehicles that do not comply with parking regulations.
The candidate must be an excellent communicator with previous enforcement experience of 6 months or more, an eye for detail and experience of working with computerised systems. Uniform will be provided; however you will be expected to provide your own black shoes.
Work requires 36+ hours per week, Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays on a rota basis, 4 days on 3 days off, between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. Flexibility is essential.
