• Minimum of 2 years in a Civil Engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Develop road and sewer designs in collaboration with regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.
• Produce external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.
• Deliver comprehensive civil engineering packages.
• Assist in discharging engineering-related planning conditions.

Skills

Experience working for a UK-based house builder or engineering consultancy

Strong background in engineering design production

Extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements

Proficiency in highway design standards, sewers for adoption, and Building Regs

PDS design software

Micro Drainage design software

AutoCAD

Education

HNC in Civil Engineering Studies or equivalent
