Job summary

Orion Group is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the contractual and financial aspects of multiple civil engineering projects. You will ensure health, safety, environmental and quality compliance while meeting programme and budget requirements.

The role also involves developing the sustainable profitable growth of the business through successful project delivery, team leadership and by setting an example in Training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration across project lifecycles.
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with obligations and timelines.
• Support budget development, cost estimates and tracking to keep projects within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks and document changes to scope, timelines or costs.
• Lead change orders negotiations with clients and subcontractors; resolve disputes effectively.
