Job description
City Success Manager

Your mission at Voi

As the City Success Manager you will be responsible for building and managing the relationships with the city stakeholders, while working continuously to develop the operational and commercial performance in the UK. In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the local Policy- and Operations team and other central stakeholders to grow Voi’s footprint in existing- and new markets. This will include:

  • Lead the commercial growth and transformation of our micromobility services by collaborating with city representatives, driving revenue, and delivering measurable results.
  • Identify growth- and change opportunities and be responsible for the implementation of these to improve profitability, customer ratings and service quality.
  • Building strong relationships with key city stakeholders, leading events and contributing to initiatives in collaboration with the local Public Policy- and Partnerships teams to drive improved performance in line with city priorities.
  • Being the point of contact for the city stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance, monitoring and implementing solutions that address city concerns and complaints funneled from our user support teams, and following up on impact.
  • Participating in pre-tender and tender work to ensure our position as the obvious choice for cities tendering micromobility services.
  • Leveraging market insights and customer behaviour data to expand and develop our user base and improve retention
  • Leveraging data and analytics and working in close collaboration with the local operations team to optimise operational efficiency and performance

What you need to embark

We’re looking for a structured business professional with the ability to build and manage relationships with external stakeholders and work proactively to strengthen our footprint in a fast- and dynamic industry. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:

  • A Bachelor in business, economics, engineering or similar.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development or strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience from collaborating with and effectively managing external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in partnerships and negotiations, driving successful outcomes, ideally with both public and private stakeholders
  • Experience from leading complex cross-functional projects taking multiple diverging stakeholder needs into account.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly adapt the messaging to a diverse audience.
  • Good commercial sense and experience from working closely with a P&L, budgets, and business cases.
  • Ability to work with analysis of large data sets.
