Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group in the UK is seeking an experienced City Director to lead our Brent Cross and Watford showroom portfolio. You will drive commercial performance, coach senior showroom leaders, and deliver exceptional client experiences across multiple high-value locations.

You will build strong client relationships, manage budgets, and roll out our purpose and values. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration with brand partners, and a passion for luxury retail leadership.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experience retail leader to join us as a City Director to lead our showroom portfolio in Brent Cross and Watford.

In this role, you will own the performance of multiple high-value showrooms, driving commercial success and delivering exceptional client experiences through your teams. You will lead, coach, and inspire your managers to achieve key KPIs, including profitability, client experience, and operational excellence, while embedding our purpose and values across your city.

Using your strong commercial and market awareness, you will drive client acquisition, maximise local opportunities, and identify actions to deliver sustainable growth. As a visible leader, you will role model high performance, build strong client relationships, and develop future talent across your teams.

• Previous experience as a retail leader at a senior level
• Excellent commercial awareness
