Job summary

AWD online is seeking an experienced CISRS Instructor / Scaffolding Trainer to deliver accredited training and assessments. The role is based in Derby and involves travel across the UK to various customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 teaching qualification, CISRS instructional approval, and strong scaffolding knowledge. Responsibilities include delivering training, developing materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong scaffolding knowledge with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Able to travel throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full suite of CISRS scaffolding courses.
• Provide technical coaching, guidance and support.
• Ensure all training is delivered professionally and consistently.
• Contribute technical expertise towards new courses.
• Coach and mentor trainee instructors and assessors.
