Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Ltd is looking for team members who enjoy engaging with guests and thrive in a busy cinema environment. You’ll be the welcoming face, help guests, serve food and drinks, and keep spaces clean and safe while supporting your team to deliver great moments for guests.

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided and opportunities for development across cinema operations are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Respect for differences and commitment to an inclusive guest journey.
• Flexibility, including weekends, evenings and late shifts.
• Safe travel to/from work during late shifts.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.
