Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Group is seeking a cinema team member to welcome guests, help them around the cinema, and contribute to an inviting atmosphere. You’ll be the friendly face ensuring guests feel at home from arrival to movie time.

No experience is required—full training will be provided, including Costa Coffee barista training. The role offers flexible hours, weekends and evenings, with opportunities to learn cinema operations and progress within the team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping guests.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and helping them find their way around the cinema.
• Preparing and serving high quality food and drinks.
