Job summary

ODEON Cinemas is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member in the UK to welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and help keep the cinema clean and welcoming.

You’ll join a supportive team with full training, including Costa Coffee barista training, and enjoy flexible hours, late shifts, and opportunities to develop across cinema operations. Perks include free cinema tickets and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility, including weekends, evenings, and late shifts.
• Safe travel to and from work during late shifts.
• No previous experience? That’s completely fine – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
